Welcome to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center's web site. Through this site you will find descriptions of our many research and education activities, information about scientific and administrative positions for which we are hiring, and a listing of our clinical research studies for which you may be eligible to participate.

The Pennington Center has just completed a significant expansion program, adding more than 260,000 square feet of new laboratory, clinical, and office space to its exisiting campus. We also plan to have more than 750 scientists and support staff by 2010.

Today, the Pennington Center is recognized as one of the world's outstanding nutrition research centers. Through our dedication to the Pennington Center's mission of promoting healthier lives through research and education in nutrition and preventive medicine, I am confident that this growth and success will continue.
