P Metic Study

Study Purpose
The purpose of this study is to test the blood levels and safety of an investigational drug, TP-101, that is a combination of metformin (FDA approved) and eicosapentaenoic acid (FDA approved) compared to the blood levels of metformin and eicosapentaenoic acid given separately.
About the Study

Number of visits:

  • 1 Screening visit
  • 3 Clinic visits

Study procedures:

  • History and physical
  • ECG, height, weight, vitals
  • Urine drug screen
  • Pregnancy test
  • Blood draws
During clinic visits 1 and 2, participants will be given the study drug (oral) and will be provided with breakfast and lunch. All study procedures will be provided at no cost to participants.

Clinic visits 1 and 2 will last approximately 13 hours each. During these 2 clinic visits, participants will be given the study drug (oral) and will be provided with breakfast and lunch.  All study procedures will be provided at no cost to participants.

Have had a stable weight for the last 3 months

Earn up to $350 for participation.
