What type of walking program is most effective for women?
As we grow older, physical activity becomes increasingly important in improving health. Unfortunately, we are becoming less active as we age. Pennington Biomedical is looking for women to participate in a research study to compare the impact of different walking programs on weight, blood pressure, and other health related outcomes.

You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Age: 45-74 years old
- Weight: BMI (>20)
- postmenopausal, have not had a menstrual period in the last 12 months
- Not exercising on a regular basis
