Are you ready for a little change?
Research shows some changes to the bacteria naturally found in your stomach and intestines improves insulin sensitivity, cholesterol levels, appetite, and other health factors. Certain bacteria in your large intestine can be enriched with a diet containing slowly digestible starch (SDS). This study will evaluate the effect of consuming a yogurt with SDS on changes to the bacteria levels in your large intestine, insulin sensitivity, and other health factors.

You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Age: 35-65 years old
- Weight: BMI (30-44.9) calculate your BMI
- Have been told you have “pre-diabetes”, “borderline diabetes”
