Does increasing Omega 3 in your diet improve health?
You have probably heard that the food you eat impacts your health. There is evidence that a diet high in Omega 3 can impact your physical fitness level, hunger and other health indicators, including how you respond to stress. Pennington Biomedical is looking for individuals to participate in a nutrition research study exploring the role of Omega 3 on your health.
