Do you have trouble sleeping at night?
If so, you may be eligible to participate in a sleep study at Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Insomnia is a common problem among individuals aged 51 and older and is sometimes associated with other health issues. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of cherry juice in treating insomnia and promoting sleep.

You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Age: 51 years and older
- Must have a sleep problem as defined as >3 nights per week for at least six months
