How does dehydration affect exercise performance?
This study is designed to test the effectiveness of a carbohydrate-electrolyte beverage compared with water or placebo in helping fluid balance during 120 minutes of continual exercise in a heated environment, and improving exercise performance in a time trial.

You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18-35 years old
- Healthy and active
- Currently cycling 2.5 hours or more, continuously, at least 1 day/week
