||The Research Kitchen at Pennington Biomedical Research Center is offering a non-paid trainee experience for dietetic certification rotation and/or internship.
Trainee may participate in collaboration with research kitchen staff and gain exposure and experience to clinical studies, protocols and implementation as it pertains to the research kitchen. Trainee may help prepare, assemble and serve carefully portioned trays to be consumed by participants enrolled in various clinical trials. Exposure and experience with commercial food service equipment, electronic balances, etc.
Trainee may earn up to 3-6 hours of curriculum credit; student enrollment requirements apply.
